Founded in April 2006, Aircraft Management Group was established with a singular mandate: to provide exceptional aircraft management tailored to the needs of discerning aircraft owners. The company has developed particular expertise in the management of co-owned aircraft, offering seamless operational coordination, regulatory compliance, and owner alignment for shared-ownership structures.
In March 2009, Aircraft Management Group was awarded a Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) Part 135 Air Carrier Certificate by the Federal Aviation Administration, authorizing on-demand charter operations within the United States. The company also holds a Canadian Foreign Air Operator Certificate (FAOC) from Transport Canada and operating authority from the Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA), enabling Part 135 charter operations between the United States and Canada.
